We started our explorer journey with lot of enthusiasm and lots of travel planning. We were sure that from this journey of whole India, we are going to acquire lots of knowledge. India’s food choice varies with region, like north Indians like to have dishes having ghee, lassi and parathas while Dosa, idli and Sambar is the specialty of south India. Keeping diversity of food choices of people from different states in mind, we wanted to explore the varieties of food preferred by different people and the nature of their occupations related to this. We went to different states of India and tasted several dishes like seafood and Chinese food of Goa, Ragi Dosa and Set Dosa in Bangalore, kulukki sharbat in kochi, Hyderabadi biryani of  Hyderabad, mutton kebab, veg kebab, khasta, aloo chat, shahi tukda and faluda kulfi of lucknow etc. From our observation, we got to learn that the type of food differs according to climate, region and culture. Along with this, we also explored other things like historical places, nature parks, beaches and enjoyed a lot. After 42 days of journey across India, we had a lot of good and a little bit bad experiences and memories with us and we will always value those.
