India stands as a distinguished country in terms of its people, its cultures and the way things are done here. We get to know about various places and practices in this magicland through television and internet that are one of a kind. Reading/watching about them was fun but now that we have a chance to actually visit those places in the country which have unbelievable/amazing things to eat, watch and experience. So we aimed to experience the mind-blowing stories and facts that would definitely help us interact with the heroes of all such stories and at the same time it would increase our respect and pride for our motherland furthermore. We embarked on our journey from Maharashtra by filling our stomachs tightly with the tasty and grand WTF burger(largest burger in India) at “The Burger Barn Cafe” and the Bahubali Thali (impossible for a single person to eat)  at “The House Of Parathas” in Pune. We then visited various beaches of Goa and also the most famous Dudhsagar waterfalls. Then in Kerala, we visited two villages named Thrissur(called the CHESS VILLAGE), where we found people playing chess in every corner of the city and Kodhini(called the TWIN VILLAGE), that has more than 400 twins, where we gathered some information about the mystery of the frequency of twins births. We then visited Visakhapatnam, called the ‘City of Destiny’, where we went to the Kailashgiri hills famous for monument of lord Shiva and Parvati. In Kolkata, we visited Acharya Jagdish Chandra Bose botanical park for its main attraction,”the Great banyan tree” that spaned the size of a cricket field and also went to Swati’s Restaurant, that possessed more than 170 types of rasgullas with completely natural ingredients. We then also visited to Mawlynong situated in Meghalaya, which is the cleanest village in Asia and then went to U.P. for visiting the Perfume City of India, Kannauj, which has a 5000 year long tradition of making perfumes. We then reached our final destination which was Kullu where we paved visit Bijli Mahadev Temple, which is famous for the use of butter for its reconstruction after lightning falls on it. Finally in short, this 42 days journey was “Fun with learning”.
