Theme: Indian Art: Modern v/s Ancient
Our theme was modern art v/s ancient art. According to this theme, we travelled many states and cities in India which included Mumbai, Goa, Alleppey, Thiruvananthapuram, Kanyakumari, Pondicherry, Chennai, Kolkata, Gangtok, Darjeeling, Delhi, Agra, Amritsar, Mcleodganj and Chandigarh. We came to know so much about how India had evolved over the years, how the various events in history affected its evolution and how it became what it is today. It was a beautiful opportunity to connect with the rich heritage of our country. It was truly a very enriching experience. We kept on searching for fragments of things related to our theme throughout the trip, but on the way, we also learned so much more than expected. The most important thing we learned was the value of money and time management. Moreover, this trip has been a lifetime experience that was worth taking.
