Teen Anadi

Exploring not as a tourist but as a traveller is an experience of its own kind. We would like to thank IIT Gandhinagar for giving us such a wonderful opportunity.

Farming and Agriculture, as always, has been an essential aspect of a country’s growth. Neither economic nor industrial development is possible without the support of the agricultural system.

Explorers fellowship has provided us with an excellent opportunity to explore the farming and agricultural sector of the country. Our team aimed at gathering some brief information regarding different farming techniques across the nation. We started our journey from Nashik. We then went in an anticlockwise sense and covered Pondicherry, Chennai, some parts from seven sisters, Delhi, Punjab, and Rajasthan. Along with our journey, we also met a few fellow explorer mates which made our journey a lot more exciting.

What we learnt and experienced through this trip could never be gained from somewhere else. Dealing with people of different linguistic groups, respecting the value of time and money, appreciating various cultures across the country are many among the few priceless rewards that our journey could offer.

Looking back at all the time we spent together, it’s really difficult now to express all that we went through then. All the sleepless nights in the trains and stations, all the mesmerizing views enjoyed together, all the sudden changes in plans, all the random fights over stupid matters, are still afresh till today and will always remain alive till the end.

A journey traversed across 44 days of exploring, completely filled with full-on excitement, thrill and adventure and we returning back with our hearts filled with loads of memories, ‘The Teen Anaadi.’
