We intended to study and appreciate how these handicrafts play an important role in connecting people. We started our journey from Goa where we got to see various kinds of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">handicrafts like terracotta artifacts, dream catchers and jewellery and decorative material made from seashells, from which the terracotta artifacts are the most famous handcrafted items found in Goa. In Kochi, we observed various kinds of handicrafts like seashell based artifacts, marble based artifacts and sculptures, wooden ships, stone figurines, glass-based products and many more in different shops. In Hyderabad, we went to Madina market and saw various kinds of Afghani carpets. In Gangtok, we visited some of the handicrafts shops where\u00a0 we got to see various decorative items which depict the culture of Sikkim, like Buddha statues, traditional dolls, paintings, etc. In Amritsar, near The Golden Temple gurudwara, we found many shops of Mojdis and Phulkari dresses with magnificent and varied designs, keychain shops and shops of accessories especially Kadas. Finally in Jaipur, Rajasthan, we explored some of the shops that were selling handicrafts like puppets, wooden dolls with varied clothes designs, toys, and famous Rajasthani silver jewellery.
