I am a physicist by training. I began my research at the University of Pune and continued the work at the Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society in Berlin for my Ph.D. thesis in Physics. Subsequently, I held postdoctoral research positions at Princeton University in the USA, Facult\u00e9 Universitaire Notre-Dame de la Paix- Namur in Belgium and Rutgers University in the USA. I began my second career in education in 2002. I have taught at all levels and led numerous workshops using active learning techniques for over 12 years. I am the chief architect and designer of the FLY (Finding the leader in you) program offered by the Competitiveness Mindset Institute (CMI), USA.<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
