Formation of the Staff Development Cell
“People build organisations and organisations build people”.
On these very lines, the Staff Development Cell (SDC) was constituted on 11 Apr 17. The SDC is committed to facilitating the capacity building of all the staff colleagues, the backbone of our institute’s human resources.
The Staff Development Cell facilitates the personal and professional growth of the non-teaching staff by conducting activities intended to upgrade and update the knowledge, skills, and understanding of the Institute’s human resources.
Staff Development Programmes
In appreciation of the crucial role of supporting staff in pursuit of excellence, staff members are encouraged to continuously improve their knowledge and skills.
