Minimum of 55% marks/5.5 CGPA/CPI (on a 10 point scale) in Bachelor of Engineering (BE)/Bachelor of Technology (BTech)/4 year Bachelor of Science (BS)/Master of Science (MSc) or equivalent in appropriate branches. The minimum eligibility criteria for students from India admitted by IITGN, from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD) will be 50% marks/5.0 CGPA/CPI (on a 10 point scale).
4 year Bachelor degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 out of 4.0 or equivalent and English proficiency score in IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/AIT-EET. Note that while IITGN does not require an English proficiency score, AIT does and therefore, all candidates must obtain a sufficient score even if their admitting Institute is IITGN. Newly-admitted students will begin their programme at AIT for one year, and complete their second year at IITGN. Students will maintain their registration at both institutes throughout the duration of the programme.
