Through research, translation, and education, we aim to restore the historical prominence of Indian mathematics for lasting significance.
The HoMI project explores the rich history of mathematics in India and the enormous contributions by scholars from Vedic to modern times. We promote both advanced research and the creation of authentic educational material at all levels, thus targeting both the scholarly world and the lay public.
